Scott Grozelle - General Manager
Scott has been a member of the Mason Martin Homes team for almost three years and brings with him twelve years of experience with commercial, industrial, and residential projects. With a three year Architectural Engineering Technologist Degree, Scott is also Built Green and R-2000 Certified. Scott has extensive knowledge in all areas of building construction.

Andrew Hollingworth - Architectural Technologist
As Mason Martin Homes' in house Designer, Andrew has been surrounded by the construction industry his entire life. With an Architectural Technologist Degree, Andrew has been a part of the Mason Martin Homes team for 3 years. Meeting with every single client, Andrew makes certain that each home is customized to the client's individual needs and tastes, ensuring every house becomes a place to call home.

Ray Beagle - Project Manager
Ray has been a part of the Mason Martin Homes team for 9 years. Ray supervises the construction of a new home and is certified to maintain the proper qualifications to build an energy efficient home by completing the Built Green and R-2000 programs. With only 3 courses left, Ray will soon become a Master Home Builder with the Central Alberta Home Builders Association. As the Safety Manager, Ray is responsible for helping Mason Martin Homes maintain a safe environment for customers, employees, and sub trades entering each construction sites.

Courtney Hanson - Service & Rental Manager

Dwayne Eagleson - Operations Manager
In his second year with the Mason Martin Homes team, Dwayne brings with him his years of experience in the design of residential, commercial and industrial projects. As a holder of a 3 year Architectural Technologist Degree he is responsible for doing preliminary costing, and managing the trades responsible for the construction, of your new home. Dwayne also assists Ray with safety as the Safety Coordinator and is also called upon to solve IT issues when required.

Russell Adams - Field Manager
Russ has been an integral part of Mason Martin Homes for sixteen and a half years. He became one of the youngest people to achieve his Master Home Builder Certification in 1997. Russ has worked in all facets of the company with his main focus being the Management of the Construction Department.

Jim Lowen - Service Technician
A Journeyman Carpenter for twenty-three years, Jim has been working with Mason Martin Homes for four years. As a service technician, Jim is present on possession day of a new home to address all carpentry repairs including paint touch ups and drywall repairs. He also performs service repairs during the first year of warranty. Jim has worked in the construction industry for thirty years.

Rick Angel - Construction Technician
Rick has been a part of the Mason Martin Homes team since November 2007. With thirty years experience and holding a Red Seal Journeyman ticket in carpentry, Rick uses this experience to complete all final aspects of the finished home.
