Our homeowners have flattered us over the years by telling their friends and family members about the quality and experience of building with Mason Martin Homes. Because your referrals have played a part in our achievements as a builder, we would like to reward you for all of your hard work.

Mason Martin Homes is thrilled to announce our “Refer a Friend” program! This program will give you cash for choosing your neighbors! Each time you refer a friend or family member to Mason Martin Homes, you will receive $1000 for your referral. As a gift for that referral, your family member or friend will receive $2000 towards upgrades in their new home!

Here’s how it works:

  • When referring a friend or family member you must sign the back of the coupon before it is handed in, in order to receive your $1000.
  • You must be present with your friend or family member at their initial meeting with the salesperson in order to qualify for this offer.
  • Your $1000 referral fee will be paid to you when your friend or family member has moved into their new home.
