• 3. Making Your House, Your Home
  

  

  You will be able to meet with one of our fine designers who will work with you to create plans for your picture perfect home. Then you will meet with your New Home Specialist who will walk you through the plans and help you choose colors for the exterior of your home. Soon after you will be given an allowance then you are able to choose and customize your kitchen cabinets, select floor coverings, tile and paint colors, and select granite.
  

  
  



• 4. Golden Shovel
  

  

  Mason Martin Homes wants you to feel like you are a part of building your new dream home. We supply you with a Golden Shovel so you can make the first dig on your lot. Then you just sit back and experience your Mason Martin Home take shape.

  You will be doing a walkthrough onsite of the framing. Then you will be able to choose the electrical plan; where you would like plug-ins and which light fixtures would look good. Then Watch as the interior of your house become your home.
