Mason Martin Homes will help you obtain a mortgage financing your home quickly and conveniently by providing contact information for our Lender Options. Once you have chosen your lender, you will need to provide them with all requested documentation. Below is a loan application checklist that may be a guide for your Lender and will help complete your loan package:
- T4 Statements for all jobs held during the last two years. If Self Employed, you will need to provide two years of tax returns
- Pay Stubs - for the last 30 days, showing year to date and current earnings. If using alimony or child support as income, a divorce decree is needed.
- Bank Statements - Checking, Savings or brokerage account statements for the last two months.
- Preferred Homeowner's Insurance Providers Name and Telephone Number
- Copy of the Sales Contract and contact numbers of all parties involved.

She successfully obtained her license as a Mortgage Agent for the province of Alberta in 2006 and has enjoyed a thriving career ever since. During this process Tania realized very quickly that real estate and personal finance was where her true calling lies. Taking the complexity and mystery out of mortgages is what makes her clients really feel at ease. "I am here to make the whole process of getting a mortgage simple. It's what I pride myself on. Helping people buy a home is very gratifying and important work." Tania has always felt that that owning Real Estate is the basic foundation for personal financial success.
