Personalized Attention
Our new home consultants are trained to listen and answer all your questions prior to starting your new home. They will guide you through all the phases of construction, making sure your new home is everything you want it to be. Site inspections during every phase are arranged to ensure we work together to achieve a finished product that we can all be proud of.

Designed the Way You Want
All plans are custom designed to maximize square footage and value with your needs in mind. We arrange for you to consult with our in-house designer which is provided at no extra cost to you.

Commitment
Every home is backed by a one year Builder's Warranty against workmanship and materials, as well as five years of structural warranty through Alberta New Home Warranty. We provide three service appointments in the first year, as well as 24 hour emergency service, should the need arise.

Details
We include everything in the sale price - house, lot, GST, legal fees, appraisal, and disbursements. We want you to know exactly what you are paying for from start to finish.
